Boosting the Odds of Acceptance

Initially, the Children of Millennium tended to accept most applicants, but we found that this created friction within our tightly-knit group. Although we discuss a wide variety of issues, this is a friendly discussion group for the religion of Millennium, and individuals who aren't interested in making friends or talking about religious issues will do well to look elsewhere. Most of all, we're looking for people who are devoted to the moral principle of exploring the truth, to improving human intelligence, and to gaining a deeper understanding of Millennium. We are especially interested in young, intelligent people with fresh and unusual ideas to bring to our discussions.

When we read over your application for membership, we tend to look first for places where you demonstrate that you are serious about being part of our circle. Don't worry if your English skills are poor, especially if you don't speak English as your first language; the Children of Millennium are happy to have members from all around the world. Nevertheless, we immediately reject any application which looks careless and sloppy.

Those applications which meet standards for presentation are then reviewed by all members. Our discussions usually center around whether the applicant is really interested in Millennium. We understand that, since this is a new religion, and since many of its members are far-flung, most people will not be familiar with the entirety of Sherman Hawk's work. However, if you can demonstrate a working knowledge of the Book of Millennium, you're much more likely to be accepted in the end; click here to study up.

When you're ready to apply, send us an email; again, please include your name, your age, an explanation for why you hope to join, and what you feel you have to offer our group. We'll give you a response within one week. Thanks for your interest, and good luck!
